Interview with Yerdaulet Algibay, former ESA student
Today, we’re pleased to highlight the inspiring career of Yerdaulet Algibay , an ESA alumnus who has made a name for himself in the trading profession.
For the past two years, Yerdaulet has been putting his trading skills to work for Axéréal on the European cereals market. This position enables him to travel frequently on professional assignments, enriching his experience and network. His work with the UK post-Brexit demonstrates his ability to adapt to market changes and seize new opportunities. Previously, he had the opportunity to work in the Black Sea market, notably Russia and Ukraine, but the conflict meant he had to withdraw from this sales area.
Yeldaulet credits ESA for his success, thanks to the self-confidence he gained and the quality of the training he received. This experience gave him the knowledge and skills he needed to succeed in the world of international grain trading.
