Témoignage d’Isabel Mariana MARIN TORRES, diplômée du Master Food Identity
As a gastronomic manager, my experience in Mexico, North America and Europe led me to the MFI. Food plays an important role in identity; that of the countries of the South is also reflected in the handcraft industry. Participating at the ODT Forum Switzerland in Torino, led me to study next to artisans, the criteria of typicité of textiles in the North and South of Argentina. The joint work with my supervisors in INTA Argentina and INRA in Corsica, added to my expertise in the study and the protection of authenticity.
En tant que chef culinaire, mon expérience au Mexique, Amérique du Nord et en Europe m’a conduit au Master Food Identity. Les aliments jouent un rôle important dans l’identité; celle des pays du Sud se reflète également dans l’artisanat. Participer au Forum de l’ODT Suisse à Torino en Italie m’a conduit à étudier, à côté des artisans, les critères de typicité des textiles au Nord et au Sud de l’Argentine. Le travail en commun avec mes superviseurs de l’INTA Argentina et de l’INRA en Corse, a complété mon expertise dans l’étude et la protection de l’authenticité.
